A peer advisory group is a small, confidential circle of business owners or senior leaders who meet on a fixed cadence, usually once a month, to share what is actually happening in their companies, give one another honest counsel, and hold each other accountable between sessions.

It is not a networking club. It is not a class. It is a working crew. The value sits in three places: the diversity of the seats around the table, the discipline of meeting on rhythm, and the trust that builds when the same twelve people show up for each other month after month.

Why business owners join one

Most owners describe the same problem: the higher you climb, the fewer people you can be honest with. You cannot vent to your team. You can only partly vent to your spouse. Your peers in the industry are also your competitors. A peer advisory group solves that by design.

How much does a peer advisory group cost?

Most established groups for business owners run between $400 and $1,500 per month, depending on the facilitator, the cohort caliber, and what is included (events, 1:1s, assessments). The good ones are not cheap, and they should not be. The cost of a wrong hire or a delayed pivot dwarfs a year of dues.
